This shipping policy outlines the delivery terms, carrier protocols, and dispatch parameters for all items purchased through our Platform.
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. We partner with reputable logistics services to ensure your wardrobe statement pieces reach you securely.
Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping details (address, city, state, and pin code) at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once shipped.
Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Any shipment delays stemming from carrier logistics, local regulation issues, weather, or other force majeure conditions are beyond our controls.
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration or checkout. You will receive tracking coordinates via email once your order package is picked up by our shipping partners.
If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same is not refundable under any return or cancellation transactions.
